Prod Spaces data retention policy updated

To optimize resources and continue to provide high-quality services, we plan to start managing data retention for expired DID Spaces on Prod Spaces site that have been expired for over six months from 12:00 AM on December 1, 2024 (UTC time). Specifically, expired DID Spaces that have not been renewed for over six months will enter an automatic cleaning process, and they will not be recoverable at that time.

To ensure that your experience on the Prod Spaces site is not affected, please pay attention to the following points:

  1. Check the expiry date of DID Space: Please check the expiry date of the DID Space service you purchased to ensure necessary renewal is completed before December 1, 2024 to prevent your data from being purged.
  2. Renewal Reminder: If you need to continue using the expired DID Space, please be sure to complete Renewal by December 1, 2024.
  3. Data Backup: If you no longer continue your subscription, please make sure to back up the data you need to keep to avoid data loss.
