How to solve the problem of "disappearing" account data?

As a platform for decentralized applications, each component on the Blocklet platform can be deployed in a decentralized manner. The user IDs under each service are independent of each other, which effectively protects privacy. However, this also brings the issue of fragmented user accounts, especially when users access services provided by ArcBlock. Therefore, version 1.16.16 of Blocklet Server introduces the functionality of cross-site login, allowing users to share the same account across multiple applications or services.

Most of the online services provided by ArcBlock currently support this feature. After enabling cross-site login, you can automatically log in to other sites as long as you log in to any site of these few sites, which means you can access all the services provided by ArcBlock using the same account.

However, after enabling cross-site login, users who have previously accessed ArcBlock's official services may find their account data 'disappearing' after logging in again, as shown in the following figure:

Don't panic at this time, your previous account has not disappeared, but a new account ID is used. Below is an example of how to get your old account back using Blocklet Launcher (The same solution may apply to other services like Blocklet Store and DID Spaces):

1. Login to Blocklet Launcher, and click on the top right corner of the page to view the login status. You should see that you are logged into the ArcBlock Official Site account.#

2. Click 'Add another account', then immediately select 'Add ArcBlock Launcher Account'.#

3. With the old account wallet, you can see your two accounts, as shown in the figure below.#

4. Then enter the personal center of Blocklet Launcher, and you will be able to see the applications you previously launched.#
