For users to test and explore the ArcBlock platform at a lower cost, unleash their creativity, and build their own applications, ArcBlock Launcher now offers a 30 days free trial service for On-demand Space. You only need to stake 1 ABT to use the on-demand Blocklet space for free. You can cancel and return the staked ABT at any time during the trial period. If you do not cancel at the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged on a billing cycle.
Free Trial Policy#
Statement#
- The trial policy introduced at the time of this blog’s publication may change in future.
- ArcBlock reserves the right to adjust or terminate the trial policy based on actual usage. Termination of the trial policy will not affect applications that have already been launched.
Free Trial#
- Only applicable for On-demand space, Dedicated space is not currently available for free trial (we will inform separately when supported).
- Each user can launch up to 1 free On-demand space.
- The free trial period is 30 days.
- After the free trial expires, ArcBlock Launcher will charge based on the number of components and duration.
- Only newly launched spaces can be free, apps that were launched before the free service was introduced are not included in the free range.
- If you pay with ABT, using the free service requires staking 1 ABT, depending on your payment method.
How to use#
The subscription page displays information related to the free trial. If you use ABT payment, you need to stake 1 ABT when subscribing:

Staking Policy Update#
The staking amount for using ABT as payment has been adjusted to 1 ABT. The refund policy is as follows:
- If there are no due payments at the end of the service, the staking amount will be fully refunded.
- If there are due payments, the owed amount will be deducted from the staking, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided if the entire staking amount is used to cover the due payments.
