Thanks to the tireless efforts of our engineers, DID Spaces has officially released version v0.5.48. This update features a completely new user interface, user information management, and security and performance enhancements.
New UI#
I am excited to introduce our new user interface, designed to deliver an efficient and clean experience while balancing visual aesthetics with functionality.
Overview of space#
The space overview features a completely new layout, enabling users to quickly see the overall usage of the space, including:
- The total number of connected Blocklet applications and the most recent activity time for each application (such as backup time).
- The usage of storage units.
- Disk space usage.
- More intuitive bill reminder (top right corner).
Detailed Usage#
A new tab has been added to help you understand the specific consumption of storage units, displaying:
- The proportion of units consumed by each application.
- The number of units consumed by each application.
- Each application provides detailed information on unit consumption, such as 1 unit for backups and 1 unit for component data writing...

Billing#
For subscriptions using pay-as-you-go pricing, a bill list has been added to allow you to easily view your bills from the most recent billing period.
Space setting#
The settings page has been simplified to only include modifications for the space name and description.
Application Overview#
Application overview currently only displays basic information about the application, such as name, description, usage, and update time. In the future, a unified information display area will be provided for each application to provide users with key information about the application.
Application audit logs#
UI optimization for the list:
- Removed unnecessary buttons and simplified the layout.
- Keep the color scheme consistent with the system theme.
- Better mobile adaptation.
- A new column, "Time Since" has been added to help users more intuitively understand application trends.
Application settings#
Application settings mainly optimize the interaction of sensitive operations to enhance the security of the system, including:
- Dangerous operation interface prompt.
- Double input confirmation (to avoid mistakes):
- Secondary connection confirmation (ensure that the current user is the owner of this space):
Storage#
Optimized for file browsers:
- A more compact layout, where operation buttons and file paths only take up one line of space.
- Automatically rename files with the same name when uploading.
- File paths support forward and backward navigation in browsers.
- When the file path is too long, intelligent folding:

Profile Management#
DID Spaces is integrated with DID Wallet and all user information is securely stored in DID Spaces, which can be centrally managed from the user tab of the wallet.
Security and reliability#
- Enhance defense capability against Web intrusion.
- Optimize the data layer to improve backup speed.
- Data query optimization to improve page loading speed.
